Hani Steamfood @ Puchong

It was with great pleasure that we are back again for 2nd time at Hani Steamfood! Craving for healthy steam seafood or if you're looking for a family gathering with senior citizen I would recommend this place.

Soy Kampung Chicken. Nowadays so difficult to taste a good kampung chicken in KL and the meat was so tender and juicy.

Signature Water Spinach. The Ying Yang sauce was good.

Kam Hiong Fried Lala. The size of the Lala was huge and it blend so well with Kam Hiong sauce. Not to be afraid as it is not too spicy.

Here comes the main starring. Steam Tiger Prawn! In progress.....In progress....

Just after a few minutes, you will hear beep beep sound and the steamer then automatically goes up. Tadaa~!

If you're a Petai lover, they served good quality Petai Sambal here too. Do take note it is seasonal.

Steam Fish

Here is another highlight of the night. All the sauce that flows out from the steamer will be transferred down to this pot of goodies. Flower Crab porridge.

Wondering what's these little triangle thingy here? Its Steam Nian Gao! You know the kuih we had during CNY? Steamed perfectly with Banana leaf fragrant.

Steam Nian Gao then mixed with fresh coconut and its the perfect dessert to wrap up the night.

A very special thanks to Dato Teong the owner of Hani Steamfood for his sharing for the night. It was a great eye catching experience. This place is huge it could accommodate up to 250 guests with ample of parking spaces too and it is a standalone lot. Do check out this place for coming CNY dinner. A small note too, Hani Steamfood is Muslim friendly.

Brew & Bread @ Kota Kemuning

A gem spotted in Kota Kemuning! Ever since we discovered this gem in KK, we will never missed a celebration here. Why? Because when we wanted to have good coffee, cakes & place to hang out it would be Brew N Bread. Celebrated a birthday here recently and we just love their cafe ambiance & food.

Hot Chocolate

Truffle Carbonara with Bacon. If you're a non beef lover, you may request for a change to chicken ham.

Caesar Salad with Fried Chicken. Such a huge portion! Recommended for sharing.

Handmade Meatballs with Cream Sauce. Very juicy beef balls but make sure you munch it fast.

Lemon Butter Fish

Mala Whole Leg Chicken Burger. My friend opted for a non spicy version as she freak out from the name "Mala".

Calamari Salted Egg Yolk. Muahhh look at the size of Fried Calamari, its Huge!

Ayam Ponteh. They have recently added in Asian rice series which is available from 11am - 10pm.

The Matcha Chocolate Crepe cake for the Birthday girl and its lovely!

We had dinner and none of us dare to order coffee. Its a working day the next day so, keep out an eye on another post soon on their coffee. Will return again!

Sunny Queen @ Sunway Pyramid

An article from newspaper brought me to this place "Sunny Queen". Sunny & Queen? You must be wondering what's the connection? What's good here?

First thing first, the cafe ambiance looks so good! Sunny Queen must have spent a lot in their interior design but I guess the price paid off as I observed a number of customers selfie & wefie *Indirect advertising for the restaurant on social media*

Mango Smoothie - Very chilling and flavourful at the first few sips but freezing cold later on

Mentaiko Shrimp Spaghetti - Perfect for creamy pasta lover and there is number of generous shrimp to complete the meal

Signature Dancing Queen - 1/4 Chicken with 2 sides, sounds like Nando's meal? The difference is you could not choose the sides (Fries & Side Salad) and the chicken is non peri peri. Despite non spicy, the chicken has been perfectly marinated to our taste bud and the condiment sauce to add on to the flavour

Will consider Sunny Queen again as there is few more signatures in their menu that I would like to try but just one thing, it can be quite pricey and the total bill can be costly for a weekend dinner. But, once in a blue when you have something great to celebrate. Why not?

Cor Blimey Fish & Chips @ SS15

When you have a sudden Fish & Chips craving and there is no way you could travel to Aussie for a good one, why not make a trip to Subang SS15. Fish & Co used to be my favourite Fish & Chip kinda of place (Itallian Fish & Chips with Parmesan Cheese) but their outlets all located inside Malls thus I have found myself another alternative!
My first attempt was actually last 2 weeks when I ordered through Food Panda and you normally don't expect hot piping food served to your doorsteps with the distance. To my surprise, the Dory Fried Fish with Chilli Lemon batter was still crispy!
I am a happy girl after the meal where I then decided to hop by their Subang outlet (The have another one in Damansara Uptown) for a 2nd try.

Pan Seared Dory Fish with Garlic Butter Rice & Grill Vegetables

Garlic Onion Batter Fish & Chips with Chunky Coleslaw as sides. I recommend Chilli Lemon batter as the kick of spicy-ness added more taste to the fish otherwise Original batter would suffice too.

The food was good, service was awesome. The sharing platters caught my attention for the next visit. Parking could be a headache in SS15 perhaps its better for a lunch visit.

HanBing Korean Dessert @ First Subang

Korean desserts empire had enter Malaysia market for quite some time and the earliest one that brought hypes to the dessert market would be Caffe Bene. Few years down the road, more and more delicious names appeared and HanBing is one of my favourite now!
What can beat a snow ice dessert at such a warm weather in Malaysia?

Blueberry Cheesecake Bingsu - At the price of RM28, you could definitely share this with a mate or love one. The appearance looks pretty tempting? Very milky taste of snow ice topped with blueberry syrup, blueberries & cheesecake! Yummy-licious!

Mango Bingsu - At the price of RM28, this is for mango lovers! Fret not, you can expect a sweet mango fruit on top of the bingsu!

They do have other tempting flavours such as Green Tea, Cookies & Cream and Strawberry. This place is perfect for a dessert temptation after meal be it for couples/families. Everyone loves dessert aren't you?

Just Koffea @ Seremban 2 (Uptown Avenue)

A surprise visit for an ex-colleague in Seremban! As a token of appreciation, she spent us lunch at this cafe nearby her house at Seremban 2. A very eye catching cafe where you could catch a big bear warmly welcoming you from the entrance.

The cafe interior, it is all about bearsss...

Ice Latte

Big Breakfast - At its price of RM17.80, definitely worth sharing with its portion. Exchange the mushroom with another hash brown.

This is how the complete set of big breakfast looks like.

Smoked Duck Pasta - The pasta was good except for the very not lean meat of smoked duck

It is really an eye opener that there are now so many attractive and interesting cafes and eateries around Seremban area. I caught a few Japanese & Korean cuisine around too.

What good food that can encourage you to wake up early? As in super early? As early as 6.30am? Yes, it is Dim Sum!
You can easily locate 4-5 Dim Sum Restaurants in Bandar Puteri Puchong area and Foo Hing is the latest addition that stands out with huge crowd daily.

I apologize that I was too hungry that I couldn't wait for the rest of the Dim Sum for a happy family picture but Hey, aren't these are good enough?

Lao Dao Pork Noodle @ Bandar Puchong Jaya

Being a pork noodle lover, Ah Or Pork Noodle House at Sunway Mentari has always be my hot favourite! Then, spotted this "Lao Dao" Pork Noodle at Bandar Puchong Jaya (Opposite RT Pastry Cake House) and of course we went in for a try!

Dry Lou Shee Fun has always be my top noodle option for Pork Noodle! Generous amount of minced pork and we added fish paste and it turns that the fish paste tasted better than its minced pork.

In conclusion, Ah Or Pork Noodle is still my all time favourite. Will somehow give it another shot one day to try their soup version or seafood version.

Soong Kee Beef Noodle @ Sunway

Our dearest all time favourite beef noodle Soong Kee at Jalan Silang has now landed in Sunway! I was so delighted to know this good news! So near to me now!

Soong Kee is located at the opposite of Sunway University aka No parking! Thus, decided to takeaway instead. Ordered Beef slice + Beef Balls Dry Noodle. Sunway branch added a little bit more creativity to the original one by adding shredded carrots

To be honest, kinda of disappointed with their sunway branch taste.
What is good: Tender beef slice and minced beef
What is bad: The soup! Tasteless and it is no difference from plain water. The noodle texture could be better too.

Willy Satay @ Dapur Warisan Rasa

Anyone craving for Satay?! I recalled the taste of Willy Satay 3 years ago when BK had Raya Makan Makan Session and Willy Satay was one it! Ever since that, I always wanted to make a trip to Kajang but never had the chance to do so.
Colleague told me that at Dapur Warisan Rasa, there is a Willy Satay stall? Apa tunggu lagi? Let's go!

10 sticks of Chicken & Beef Satay to feed 2 stomachs! Erm, to be honest it is not as tender as the original one but this is close to the Kajang one

We then spotted this childhood memories - Fish Satay! Selling at 20cents each back in school time, we love it so much!

L'Usine Cafe @ Ho Chi Minh (District 1)

This post was a throwback of my Vietnam, HCM trip back in last year December. Basically, I don't really fancy vietnam food because it is too strong for my personal liking. I remembered dropping by fast food restaurants for so many times for that 4D3N trips.
Anyway, tried this L'Usine Cafe in District 1 and would like to recommend this to you guys!

Caesar Salad - Very big portion, will be good for sharing

Crispy Squid - Soft and crispy but it would be great if the portion is bigger but as it mentioned on the menu, this is light snacks

Spaghetti & Meatballs - If I can remember correctly, it was a pork meatballs. Not a fan of bolognese but kinda of love this too

Fish & Chips - Good, real fish you can see and it is not those supermarket type of Fish & Chips
