It was with great pleasure that we are back again for 2nd time at Hani Steamfood! Craving for healthy steam seafood or if you're looking for a family gathering with senior citizen I would recommend this place.
Soy Kampung Chicken. Nowadays so difficult to taste a good kampung chicken in KL and the meat was so tender and juicy.
Signature Water Spinach. The Ying Yang sauce was good.
Kam Hiong Fried Lala. The size of the Lala was huge and it blend so well with Kam Hiong sauce. Not to be afraid as it is not too spicy.
Here comes the main starring. Steam Tiger Prawn! In progress.....In progress....
Just after a few minutes, you will hear beep beep sound and the steamer then automatically goes up. Tadaa~!
If you're a Petai lover, they served good quality Petai Sambal here too. Do take note it is seasonal.
Steam Fish
Here is another highlight of the night. All the sauce that flows out from the steamer will be transferred down to this pot of goodies. Flower Crab porridge.
Wondering what's these little triangle thingy here? Its Steam Nian Gao! You know the kuih we had during CNY? Steamed perfectly with Banana leaf fragrant.
Steam Nian Gao then mixed with fresh coconut and its the perfect dessert to wrap up the night.
A very special thanks to Dato Teong the owner of Hani Steamfood for his sharing for the night. It was a great eye catching experience. This place is huge it could accommodate up to 250 guests with ample of parking spaces too and it is a standalone lot. Do check out this place for coming CNY dinner. A small note too, Hani Steamfood is Muslim friendly.
